Located at the edge of Dornoch, Struie Bothy is a small stand out property that many stop to admire on their way to the beach. Whether you are looking for a quiet, cosy getaway or a holiday packed with things to see and do, Struie Bothy is ideally situated for both.
A popular stop on the NC500 route, Dornoch is a quaint village in the Highlands of Scotland with an array of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Visitors can wander aimlessly with sights such as the 13th Century Cathedral, the expansive sandy beach, and the world famous championship Royal Dornoch Golf Club - all within walking distance of our front door.
The bothy sleeps 2 people and comprises of an open plan living and kitchen area, shower room and bedroom with king size bed. There is a driveway with space for 1 car and the garden is currently a work in progress with patio and privacy screening planned for summer 2025.

£700.00 per week
£135.00 per night (2 night min stay)
Low Season | November to March
£600.00 per week
£125.00 per night (2 night min stay)
AVAILABILITY & BOOKING
Please check our Availability Calendar and contact us if you would like to reserve the property.

Payment - We accept payment via bank transfer to a UK business bank account or via card payment using Stripe. Details will be sent by email following your enquiry and intention to book.

Deposits - A deposit of 20% total booking fee is due to secure your booking. The property will not be reserved until the initial deposit is received.

Final Payment - The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the rental start date. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment once confirmed.

Refunds - A full refund will be provided if at least 8 weeks notice is provided.

BOTHY LOCATION
Travelling North on the A9, take the turn off to Dornoch following Evelix Road for approximately 3 miles. Continue through the village with the Cathedral on your left and Castle Hotel on your right until you come to the final junction at 'The Square'. Turn right at the junction signposted for the beach, continue along Church Street towards the beginning of Carnaig Street and you'll see the bothy on your left hand side, directly opposite the yard.
